    Annabel Morley is the author of The Icing on the Cake, a memoir about her famous family that displays how her passion for theatre is matched by her love of food and family. Chef James Viles is renowned for his fresh take on food, from growing it sustainably to preparing it with imagination and flair, as showcased by his two­hatted restaurant Biota Dining and his book, Biota ― Grow Gather Cook. Simon Griffiths has photographed food for the likes of Kylie Kwong, Stephanie Alexander and Maggie Beer.
